You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original gift box. The original hoop and tag must be unbroken and still intact with the jewellery.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced earrings or any pierced jewellery.
Please note that all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not the cost of postage or any delivery charge. A refund will be made to your original payment credit or debit card account.

We strongly recommend that you post your package to obtain proof of posting or certificate of postage for your own security, keep it safe as you will need this as your proof of return and we will not able to liable for items lost of damaged in transit.
Customers are liable to pay for the postage of return product. All returned items must be received within 14 days of the RMA# issued date.
Items returned by post can take up to 7 working days to reach us once you have posted the package. When your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 days working days to credit your account.
Remember to get a proof of posting or postage receipt at the post office. We are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost and/or damaged in the post.
