Fashion Jewellery Online supplies our jewellery direct from stock and delivered by Royal Mail. We offer the UK and International Delivery Service, which include certain countries within Europe.

1. UK Postage and Packaging Costs

All the UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded First Class Signed For delivery by default, or you can choose Royal Mail first class mail for orders up to £25, or you can select the Special Next Day Delivery option.

¹Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Note:

1. Special next day delivery service has to be requested before noon Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Otherwise, it will be despatched on the following working day.
2. Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery does not guarantee Special Deliveries on a Saturday or Bank Holiday to every part of the UK.

Please note that, in the case of require a signature on delivery, if there is no one to sign for your item, Royal Mail should leave a 'Sorry We Missed You' card. You might collect the parcel at your local post office or ask for re-delivery, details can be found on the card.

2. Europe ² Postage and Packaging Costs

Orders up to £35 will be delivered by Royal Mail International Standard, or you can choose by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery.

Orders over £35 will be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery.

3. United States Postage and Packaging Costs

Orders up to £35 will be delivered by Royal Mail International Standard, or you can choose by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery.

Orders over £35 will be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery.

•  We do not deliver to any other countries that were not listed above.
•  If an order is received from a country not listed above, the order and payment transaction will be ignored or deleted.
•  Some countries may charge import duties and custom charges etc. The recipient of the package will be responsible for these.
•  To prevent fraudulent purchases, we do not take orders from one country and ship to another country.

All of our costume jewellery is individually presented in gift boxes or pouches. All our orders are sent out packed safely in a padded envelope or boxed for larger bulk orders.

We offer a single flat rate delivery charge for each delivery option, regardless of the number of items ordered.

We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We aim to despatch all the orders (UK or International) within 1-3 working days, subject to availability of stock, once full payment has been received and cleared.

Once we despatch your order, we will inform you by e-mail. In the case of the orders require a signature on delivery, our e-mail will include the identifier recorded delivery number that can be checked at www.royalmail.com with Royal Mail's track and trace system.

Late/Lose Delivery

If your delivery is late, you can visit Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com or call 08459 272100 with your tracking number which we sent you by e-mail.

In the event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days after which the Post Office classify the parcel as lost from Royal Mail. Alternatively, we can send a replacement immediately if additional payment is made. Fashion Jewellery Online cannot be held responsible for the late or loss of delivery by Royal Mail.
